Investing in continuity & resiliency.
Succession Northwest exists to purchase established businesses from owners looking to transition. We seek to secure your legacy and share prosperity with employees, customers, and communities.
Our investment thesis is based on the core belief that the coming decade will reward cash generative businesses with strong balance sheets and non-discretionary end markets in line with current demographic and structural trends.
Respect for what you’ve built. Excitement for where we’re going.

Succession Northwest buys privately held companies from owners seeking a transition with the goal of securing legacies and sharing prosperity with employees, customers, and communities.
-
Too few Americans participate in the economic prosperity this country was designed to create. Succession Northwest exists to stabilize local legacies and make our local communities feel like Main Street, not Wall Street.
-
The coming decade will reward hard-to-kill non-discretionary businesses with strong cash flows and healthy balance sheets.
Succession Northwest targets companies in the Western US that provide essential services in healthcare, housing and home services, food supply, facilities management, waste services, security, and business and government services. We target businesses with at least 10 years of operating history and $1 million in free cash flow.
